Job Summary

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, expectations and financial goals to develop and propose appropriate investment banking solutions for clients and their companies.
  • Advise clients on a wide range of strategic transactions across consumer and retail group verticals, conduct industry research, evaluate key trends and opportunities, develop financial models, perform valuation analyses, and manage the execution of transactions.
  • To be successful as an Investment Banking Associate, Consumer and Retail Group (CRG), you should have Investment Banking experience and experience with financial statement analysis, modelling, and marketing materials preparation.
