Job Summary

  • The Wound/Ostomy Nurse serves as a clinical resource and consultant for all members of the healthcare team to advance patient care outcomes.
  • This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans for patients with specific disorders of the gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and integumentary systems.
  • Candidates will lead the Pressure Ulcer Prevention Program and participate in regular prevalence surveys to ensure high standards of nursing practice.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
  • Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
  • Minimum two years of nursing experience
  • WCC, CWOC, or CWOCN certification preferred
  • Prior wound/ostomy experience preferred
