We are seeking a customer-focused professional to deliver a seamless, end-to-end service experience for UPS Account Executives and our preferred account holders.
This role is responsible for resolving service-related issues, managing tracing and claims inquiries, processing refunds, and handling service recovery, while maintaining full ownership of customer concerns through to resolution.
The position also includes proactive follow-ups and outbound calls to ensure timely solutions and exceptional customer satisfaction.
