LEGENDS Global is hiring an Event Representative for the Oakland Arena and Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience during events. Candidates should have prior event experience, excellent customer service skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary

  • The Event Representative will be responsible for monitoring events and ensuring that the guests have an enjoyable experience while maintaining the policies and guidelines of Oakland and Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for any front-of-house situations within an assigned area, handling ticket issues, ADA relocations, guest complaints, and medical calls.
  • Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team by communicating with and directing guests during a facility emergency and manage the lost and found program on event day.
