As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will hold a critical position within our South Team and will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects for a financial services client.
Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in project management will be instrumental in driving project success while managing and overseeing all aspects of projects, including strategy, programming, design, schedule, entitlements, bidding, procurement, permitting, execution and close out.

Key Requirements
7-15 years of project management experience
Experience managing Corporate Interiors projects
Ability to manage 8-12 projects concurrently
Firm knowledge of construction, architecture, or real estate
Proven track record of managing complex projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Strong critical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
