Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding protected health information and resident safety.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, monitoring vital signs, documenting care accurately, and promptly reporting any changes in resident condition or accidents.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents
Document care on flow sheets and charts

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work effectively in team environment
Strong communication skills for reporting incidents
Key Requirements
Must possess valid state Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant certification
