Job Summary

  • Production Team Members will be responsible for supporting and serving their assigned department, safely building high quality homes to specification, while exceeding the facility’s key production targets and maintaining a strong company culture.
  • Team members may work in a variety of production roles including General Construction, Framing, Cabinet Build/Installation, Trim Installation, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Installation, Sheetrock Installation, Roofing, Shingling, and Siding Installation.
  • Full-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
