Job Summary

  • Your primary responsibility will be to directly manage, coach, develop and support a sales team with the successful articulation and delivery of the Lucid brand and ownership experience.
  • Responsible for ensuring all employees provide best-in-class experience in every interaction on the studio floor, in test drives, and through actively following up on leads.
  • Own the operations within the studio to ensure the customer journey is frictionless and seamless from reservation through to delivery.
