Audit readiness and ISO 9001/20000 compliance
Cross-functional stakeholder facilitation

ITIL certification preferred
Experience with Kubernetes or hybrid cloud environments
Process modeling tools like Visio or Lucidchart
Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification
Familiarity with reliability reporting metrics
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Computer Science (Masters preferred)
10+ years of experience in business architecture or infrastructure governance
Strong knowledge of ITIL and SRE practices
Proven experience supporting audit and compliance-driven environments
