Job Summary
The Data Science Lab COE and Transformation team at AIA HK deliver advanced AI solutions, including GenAI usecases, AI ML models, ML engineering and data science platform.
As an AI Data Architect, this role will be to design and implement data architectures optimized for cloud platforms and AI/ML workloads for the Data Science Lab COE and Transformation team.
Ensure ethical, secure, and compliant use of AI in line with industry standards, architecture standard and HK regulatory guidelines.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
AI Data Architecture design and implementation
Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
LLM integration and prompt engineering
Data ingestion, preprocessing, and scaled model computation
Machine learning algorithms using Python, R
Nice-to-have
Insurance and/or health provider industry experience
Data Governance and processes setup
Agentic AI, RAG, AI data capture
Insurance-specific GenAI applications
Key Requirements
10+ years in a data architect role
4+ years of hands-on experience in AI Data architecture
Degree level standard or above in IT, CS, Engineering
Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and AI model governance
Experience with insurance-specific GenAI applications
