Job Summary
Manage the INDIA Projects (project management) and Industrial Engineering team, accountable for KPS toys product development and related KPI results.
Lead & coordinate the Mold development with Chinese & Local Mold makers, and enhance industrial partner's development effort with introduction of Automations.
Contribute to the knowhow consolidation and best practice sharing among different production Areas as part of the Global Engineering Team.
