Key Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years progressive professional HRBP experience
  • Experience in change management
  • Experience in strategic business partnering
  • Experience in organizational effectiveness/development
  • Prior people leadership experience
  • PHR/SPHR Certification desired
  • Advanced degree (MBA/ Masters in HR or equivalent) is preferred
