Job Summary

  • The Software Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the Software Engineering team based in Arlington, TX under the Technology and Product Development (TPD) organization with overall technical, resources allocation, budget and schedule responsibilities to develop applications and solutions associated with mission simulation, synthetic environments, flight training, and mission planning deployed as containerized micro services applications.
  • Manage a high-performing engineering team using Agile methodologies and support the development of cutting-edge software to solve complex problems for company IR&D and Department of Defense projects.
  • CAE's Defense and Security business unit focuses on helping prepare military customers to develop and maintain the highest levels of mission readiness.
