Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm environment while strictly adhering to confidentiality and safety protocols.
