  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, and mouth care, and ensure residents are kept dry and comfortable.
  • Observe and report the presence of pressure areas, skin breakdowns, and injuries of unknown source to prevent further complications.
