Job Summary

  • The Patient Assistance Specialist will provide drug assistance for uninsured and underinsured patients presenting a financial need and maintain comprehensive documentation of patient enrollment and billing activities.
  • This role requires working knowledge of pharmaceutical and patient assistance programs and involves collaboration with clinic staff and patient accounting to ensure optimal financial turnaround and patient support.
