Job Summary

  • Oversee and supervise all Maintenance activities for the facility to achieve production uptime and yield goals.
  • Develop, maintain, and supervise maintenance staff within budget, including scheduling, skill development, disciplinary action, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute equipment preventative maintenance system, using a CMMS (UpKeep-2023) in coordination with production requirements to achieve machine uptime goals.
