Job Summary
As a Patient Access Representative, your responsibility is to deliver an exceptional experience to patients, families and visitors, from the moment they enter to the time they return home.
This position is in the Admitting and Registration Office, the central point where patients sign in for laboratory services such as blood work, check in for scheduled surgeries and procedures, and receive information regarding billing, insurance coverage, and other administrative matters.
This role is a great steppingstone to others within Customer Service and various departments within Cleveland Clinic.
