Must-have
6+ years experience in regulated industries
Design operational risk frameworks from ground up
Conduct cryptocurrency and digital asset risk assessments
Model risk management principles SR 11-7 compliance
Python or R coding for risk program scaling
Operational risk event reporting and root cause analysis
Nice-to-have
FRM, CFA, CERA, CRISC professional certifications
Experience with GRC platforms like Archer or AuditBoard
Deep understanding of blockchain technology and DeFi
Familiarity with SEC, CFTC, FinCEN regulatory landscape
Ability to scale artificial intelligence models
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
CRCM certification preferred
