Base: $82,650.00 – $97,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: 401(k) match, 100% paid parental leave, medical/dental/vision
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years real estate accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Proficiency in MRI or Yardi software
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Knowledge of CAM accounting principles
Experience with FASB 13 lease standards
Nice-to-have
CPA certification or active pursuit
Experience mentoring junior staff
Process improvement initiative track record
Familiarity with multiple property types
Microsoft Access database management skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3-5 years hands-on Real Estate Accounting experience
