Job Summary
The Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist provides accurate, timely, and balanced medical information to support patients and healthcare providers within the KANZ region.
They are responsible for onboarding customers to Pfizer's digital platforms and improving customer-centric processes through collaboration and project participation.
The role supports training and awareness activities within Pfizer Country Offices and contributes to local, regional, or global Medical Information projects.

Must-have
Fluent in spoken and written English and Korean
Knowledge of Pfizer prescription products and therapeutic areas

Experience in medical writing and clinical data summarization
Biomedical literature evaluation skills

Key Requirements
Health Care Professional or Life Science Degree
1-2 years experience in Medical Information or patient/health counselling
Fluent in English and Korean
Ability to work from home in a virtual environment
Experience with biomedical searching or medical writing preferred
