Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-3 years sales forecasting experience in Japan
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau
Experience with IQVIA, MDV, and JMDC data sources
Ability to translate business needs into research plans
Strong analytical skills in statistics and machine learning
Nice-to-have
Leadership experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies
MBA or natural science-related academic background
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams
Championing innovative methodologies and tools
Experience shaping future capabilities in BAI
Key Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree in natural science or MBA
Minimum 2-3 years sales forecasting experience in pharma
Fluency in English oral and written communications
Project management skills including planning and scheduling
