Job Summary

  • Guide the enterprise reliability strategy across software, hardware, and integrated systems, ensuring it's a long-term, customer-focused capability embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Serve as the integrator for reliability across engineering disciplines, defining team interfaces, assumptions, and responsibilities to address gaps and promote a holistic system-level view.
  • Translate customer insights and field data into action, framing tradeoffs and risks based on customer outcomes, safety, uptime, and business value to drive informed decisions.
