Candidates must possess technical expertise to oversee maintenance operations and enforce National and Local UAW Agreements.
This onsite role requires reporting to Flint, Metal Center on a full-time basis with physical stamina to work in loud, non-climate controlled environments.

Proficiency in tool and die design and fabrication

Familiarity with CAD software and CNC machines
Willingness to work weekends and rotating shifts
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly
Nice-to-have
Technical certification or associate degree preferred
Minimum 5 years experience in tool and die making
At least 2 years in a supervisory role
Commitment to continuous process improvement
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
