Job Summary

  • This role builds the repeatable 'how we ship' system for the Product organization by defining release governance and readiness gates.
  • The position requires a principal-level leader who combines deep technical understanding of data centers with the ability to lead cross-functional delivery in complex environments.
  • Candidates will manage and develop a small team of TPMs while establishing lightweight governance to accelerate delivery and reduce escalations.
