Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years relevant engineering experience
  • Proficiency with 3D CAD software Creo Parametric
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
  • Experience with metallic and composite materials

Nice-to-have

  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance
  • Experience with satellite and spacecraft structures
  • Familiarity with 3D printing and hardware fabrication
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Background in Design for Manufacturing

Key Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • US Citizenship required for government clearance positions
  • Minimum 5 years experience for Principal level or 8 years for Sr. Principal
