Act as Subject Matter Expert for leave management and time tracking processes for EMEA, ensuring compliance with local labor legislation and company policies.
Monitor and validate overtime hours and related approvals in accordance with local labor laws and company policy; ensure accurate reflection in time tracking systems and coordination with Payroll for proper payment or time-off compensation.
Identify opportunities for process automation, efficiency improvement, and standardization across EMEA.
