Ripple Markets APAC PTE. LTD. is seeking a Solutions Consultant to lead client discovery sessions and support the implementation of financial solutions across the ANZ, Southeast Asia, and Hong Kong regions. The ideal candidate should have a background in treasury, finance, or fintech, with proven project management skills and experience in client-facing roles

Job Summary

  • Lead discovery sessions with clients on their business, technical requirements, and processes while serving clients across ANZ, Southeast Asia, and Hong Kong with up to 25% travel.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for financial instruments and risk, participate in building and implementing solutions, and provide tier 2 support for escalated client issues.
  • Ensure implementation proceeds on-specification and budget, meet or exceed client expectations, and identify up-selling opportunities to funnel to appropriate channels.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field preferred
  • Enrollment in CFA, CTP or other professional program a plus
