Job Summary
The role involves planning, executing, and reporting on production flight and ground testing to ensure aircraft safety and airworthiness before customer delivery.
Candidates must possess a medical license (EASA Medical Cat 2) and be capable of working autonomously during critical handover meetings from the Final Assembly Line to the Flight Line.
This position requires strong transversal leadership skills to represent the Flight Test Domain and act as the Airbus technical leader in front of the Customer during the delivery phase.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Engineering degree in aviation or aerospace field
5+ years technical experience in aviation industry
Previous experience in ground and flight tests
Ability to travel frequently for production activities
Medical fitness for flight crew certification EASA Cat 2
Nice-to-have
Operational military experience as Flight Engineer or Load Master
Spanish language proficiency
Crew Resource Management training
Knowledge of Airbus C295 aircraft systems
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Key Requirements
