Job Summary

• We are seeking new graduate RN’s or experienced non OR RN’s that are excited about the Operating Room to join a cohort where you will orientate for a period of 6-9 months learning to be efficient as a Registered Nurse in Advocate Aurora Illinois Masonic Operating Rooms!
• Your extensive RN orientation includes exposure to both circulating and scrub competencies.

Base: $38.20 - $57.30; Premium pay such as shift, on call, and more based on a teammate's job; Incentive pay for select positions

Key Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• BSN preferred, ADN acceptable
• NCLEX passed and have “official pass letter”
• active Illinois Nursing license
• available to start June 1, 2026
• Ability to take call post residency
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
