Job Summary

  • This position supports functional areas of Human Resources, such as recruitment and staffing, personnel records, Affirmative Action Plan, coordination of interviews and special projects, including community relations and employee activities.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating trainings and orientations for employees regarding benefits aspects and HR Systems, coordinating with Security for employee ID badges, and liaising with the Talent Acquisition Group in the recruiting process.
  • The role requires maintaining employee files, acting as the Human Resources Record Retention Coordinator, and ensuring compliance with all environmental, safety, and occupational health policies.
