Job Summary
You shape the strategic research roadmap for RADAR, Video, and USS technologies and continuously align it with the business units to secure the long-term business and technology leadership of Bosch XC-AC.
You are responsible for the technical coordination of all RADAR, Video, and USS research activities within corporate research, including Artificial Intelligence, in close coordination with the involved business units (XC + ME).
You actively contribute to external research activities and events (e.g., Keynote Speeches) and initiate, participate in, or lead industry consortia (e.g., frequency allocation, interface standardization).

Deep knowledge in RADAR, RF technology, hardware development, signal processing, AI
Experience with functions based on RADAR (AEB, ACC, HAD)
Knowledge of functional interdependencies with other sensors
Experience with partitioning in vehicle networks
Contribution to non-technical domains like marketing and competence development
