The Adult Learner Success Coordinator serves as the University’s primary coordinator for adult learner engagement, re-enrollment, and ongoing success, leading outreach and designing tailored support strategies.
This role plays a key part in establishing and operationalizing the Adult Learner Hub, a dedicated center designed to meet the unique needs of working adults.
The successful candidate will be student-centered, innovative, and collaborative, with the ability to translate adult learner needs into practical programs, services, and partnerships that promote persistence, completion, and career advancement.
