Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for recording vital signs, assisting with personal care, and reporting any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information while ensuring a calm, warm environment for all residents.
