Job Summary

  • Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Front Desk and Royal Service Night teams, leading, teaching, coaching, and inspiring supervisors and colleagues.
  • Ensure the arrival and departure experience of all guests is seamless through coordination of our market mix and VIP's, and empower colleagues to appease any guest service challenges.

Salary

$29.43 per hour; Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years to $32.21; Benefits package included

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year Front Desk supervisory experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Micros-Opera Property Manager, Word, Excel
  • Previous Royal Service or guest recovery experience
  • Graduate of Hotel Management or Hospitality program an asset
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
