  • Design and shape the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform, implement functionalities, and integrate with external systems.
  • Work with clients and DXC colleagues, acting as a trusted Technical Advisor/Expert to meet unique business requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Knowledge of ITSM and agile frameworks
  • Full life cycle Software Development experience
  • Experience in system performance analysis
  • Experience on technical implementations of ServiceNow modules
  • Expertise in writing test plans and scripts
  • Fluent in Dutch or French and English
