Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
8-10 years of total experience in GBS or BPO environments
4-5+ years in Operational Excellence with LSS Black Belt role preference
Mandatory Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Proven hands-on experience leading automation and AI projects
