  • Our Retention Specialists play a critical role in ensuring the continued loyalty of our Beyond customer base by educating and assisting clients facing financial hardship.
  • Key responsibilities include educating clients on the financial hardship debt program, empathizing with and deescalating upset clients, navigating the CRM system, analyzing financial situations, and retaining clients by developing customized solutions.
