  • Areas of responsibilities include Plant Equipment, Mechanical Systems Diagnosis & Repair, Logging and Data retention, and Building Systems.

Key Requirements

  • High school education plus four years of experience
  • Current CFC Universal card
  • Boiler Operators or Stationary Engineers II License(s)
  • GA Certificate of Competency
  • Ten plus years of facility maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Extensive knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite
