Strong understanding of BESS components
Customer engagement and communication skills
Ability to travel up to 70% within Colorado
Clean driving record required

Familiarity with solar PV and EV charging
Knowledge of UL 9540/9540A and NFPA 855
Experience in turnkey and equipment-only strategies
Basic financial modeling skills
Collaborative teamwork with engineering and project management
Key Requirements
3–7+ years technical sales experience
Must reside in Colorado
Clean driving record to meet insurability standards
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience with BESS, UPS, microgrids, or power systems
