Job Summary

  • The main goal of the role is to provide day-to-day management, training, and engagement for field staff, including employee selection, field training and safety.
  • On a typical day you will ensure field employee safety, quality and compliance, meet with customers to ensure obligations and expectations are achieved, and direct the performance of field maintenance and contractual service operations.
