Job Summary

  • You hold global responsibility for the end-to-end execution of all design and construction projects exceeding CHF 10M within Roche Pharma Technical Operations.
  • You oversee and cultivate a high-caliber technical workforce of approximately 50 global employees, while strategically managing a vast network of independent contractors and service providers to execute a multi-billion CHF CAPEX portfolio.
  • You collaborate with Technical Engineering to integrate agile principles and emerging technologies into design standards, ensuring Roche remains at the forefront of global construction trends and cost-effective, sustainable innovation.
