Job Summary
PATH is seeking an experienced Technical & Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to support the Rotary Healthy Communities Challenge project in Mozambique.
The role focuses on strengthening routine data pipelines to ensure timely, accurate, and complete surveillance data for reducing child mortality from malaria, diarrhea, and pneumonia.
Key responsibilities include supervising data quality assessments, facilitating district-level review meetings, and aligning RHCC data processes with national systems like SIS-MA and DHIS2.

Willingness to be based in Tete with 50% travel

Experience with DHIS2 digital health platform
Experience with upSCALE or CommCare mobile tools
Proficiency in Power BI or Apache Superset visualization
Experience with Stata or R statistical software
Background in community case management projects
