Job Summary
Partner with leaders and teams to deliver impactful HR programs, strengthen employee engagement, and support the full employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding through development and retention.
Play a key role in areas such as employee relations, HR policy guidance, compensation and rewards coordination, and HR training initiatives.
Support the Director of the Midwest Region-HR Business Partner, and leadership to successfully implement local initiatives and execute regional and corporate programs.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Org Development or related field
3 - 5 years of experience as Human Resources Manager/Generalist
Three years of which have been in a supervisory position preferred
Experience working with attorneys, COE’s, and senior leadership
HR experience in food manufacturing or distribution highly preferred
Proficiency in current employee-related laws (ADA, FMLA, Sexual Harassment, Title VII)
