Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, client solutions, pre-sales, or technical-commercial consulting
• Experience managing complex opportunities from discovery to solution proposal
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical-functional solutions
• Experience in writing technical proposals, offers, RFP responses, and statements of work
• Good understanding of microservices, API, cloud, and enterprise systems architectures
• Good knowledge of the banking/financial services sector
• Ability to liaise between client, sales, technical, and delivery teams
• Experience coordinating diverse teams without direct hierarchical authority
• Excellent communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
