Job Summary

  • As a Contract & Customer Care Expert, you will be an important point of contact for our customers, answering questions via phone and email in Dutch, French, and sometimes English.
  • You will register and handle complaints from intake to resolution, and ensure that contract agreements regarding maintenance are correctly recorded and followed up.
  • You will draft, manage, and update maintenance contracts, answer questions about contract conditions, and proactively inform customers about (new) maintenance contracts.
