Job Summary

  • This is a HR generalist role that supports the Senior Assistant Director, Human Resource in the day-to-day operations of the HR department for SLF and its fund management subsidiary.
  • As the Senior Executive, you will be responsible for the HR operations and largely involved in supporting employees through the employee life cycle, administering rewards, benefits, training and performance management, and planning/executing programs supporting organization development and employee engagement.
  • The role requires strong proficiency in the Workday HR system, good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently with a resilient approach to problem-solving.
