  • Responsible for selling, identifying and documenting service, maintenance, and repair service for customers and scheduling service to be performed.
  • Works with customer and technician to identify required maintenance, advises customers on necessary and recommended services, and offers additional services and repairs.
  • The position requires regular and predictable attendance, with scheduled shifts potentially including evening hours, weekends, and holidays.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of Automotive or Customer Service experience
  • Working knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
