Job Summary
Spearhead the cost assessment and strategy of existing and new golf ball products, working closely with R&D, Engineering, Finance, and leadership teams.
Lead activity-based costing initiatives and cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost reduction projects across vertically integrated facilities and external suppliers.
Create and present golf ball supply chain strategy initiatives to senior/executive leadership and lead the solicitation and evaluation of supplier proposals/quotations.

Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in costing, NPI, product development, sourcing, or engineering
