Job Summary
Partner with plant Director and key plant leadership team to develop and execute cost optimization initiatives and deliver scorecard KPI targets.
Drive whole plant robust AOP and forecast process, identify cost drivers, prepare cost budgets, lead cost initiatives and ensure delivery of saving targets.
Collaborate with peer functions including controlling and operations to ensure accuracy of financial data and provide transparent and credible financial insights.
